Rocky’s Great Outdoors In-Store Returns Policy
With Receipt: Items may be returned or exchanged with original receipt for a period of 30 days. Refunds will be issued back in original form of payment (cash, debit, or credit card). Items need to be in new, salable condition and with all packaging intact. Items must be clean, unworn and not damaged. A Valid Photo ID is required and information will be recorded.
Without Receipt: Items may be returned or exchanged without a receipt for an In-Store Credit at the items lowest selling price (sale or clearance). Items must be in new, salable condition and with all packaging intact. Items must be clean, unworn and not damaged. A Valid Photo ID is required and information will be recorded. Items must be of current inventory.
Items Not Eligible for Returns: Special Order Items, Helmets, Electrical Parts, Firearms, Ammunition, Bows, Crossbows, and Undergarments. Clearance or Discontinued Merchandise cannot be returned and all sales are final. Per Federal Law, you cannot return any items with gas in them: Carburetors, gas cans, fuel lines, trolling motors, ice augers, gas or propane heaters, generators, etc.
Items with restrictions on Returns: Tents, Ice Houses, Tree Stands, Waders, and Kayaks have a 30-Day Return Policy and may not be returned if opened.
Warranties: Many of our manufacturers offer warranties on their products. Warranties vary from each manufacturer. We will honor warranties as instructed by the manufacturer’s guidelines. If item needs to be returned to manufacturer, a fee will be charged for all warranty returns. The consumer will be responsible for all shipping & handling fees.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any return, refund, or exchange.
Some refunds or exchanges require management approval.

Online web order returns must have a RA# number. To obtain an RA#, please call the store at 810-742-5420 and request the web department. The web department is only available Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
Once you have obtained your RA# please write it visibly on the package.
